Ordering & payment
Ordering on-line is easy, quick and safe (see secure ordering for further details). Simply make your choice using the 'order now' option which you'll find next to each item, this will bring up a secure on-line order form. You can also place orders by telephone or in person in the showroom. When ordering over the phone you can use Switch, Visa or Mastercard.
Secure ordering
All online transactions made within the World Furniture website are protected by the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system. This encrypts your personal details ensuring completely safe transfer over the Internet. Effectively, this system prevents your details from being accessed or read by other sources.
We do not disclose your details to any third party - please see our privacy policy for further details.
Delivery
*We use our two man 'white glove' delivery service for all orders to ensure the pieces reach you with the care they deserve.
*All deliveries to the dark green areas shown on the opposite map are £25.
*For the lighter green areas there may be a charge toward delivery please contact us for a quotation.
*Almost all items are available from stock unless otherwise stated.
*Most orders are delivered with in 1-4 weaks although at peak times delivery may be slightly longer.
*For Cornwall, Wales and Scotland please allow up to 6 weeks.
*We will contact you with the date and approximate time of delivery as soon as your order is routed.
*In the event of any items being out of stock we will notify you of an approximate delivery date before processing your order.

Returns policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, notify us within seven days of delivery. We will arrange collection of the item and offer you the choice of a replacement, credit or full refund of goods value including carriage. (Applies to UK mainland orders only).
Price comparison
Because we specialise only in furniture from South Asia we can source goods in volume, giving you some of the most competitively priced furniture of it's type in the UK. All our prices include VAT.

Any complaints will be handled fairly, effectively and confidentially.
Acknowledgment will be within 3 working days, and we will endeavor to resolve any problems as a matter of priority.
